Please join me in welcoming our new Preschool Director
March 7, 2026
Dear Saint Aloysius Parish Family:
I am happy to announce that Maria Hillman will be the first director of St. Aloysius Catholic Preschool. Maria brings a wealth of experience in Catholic early education and comes to Saint Aloysius from St. Thomas More Happiness Preschool in Darien where she was director. Maria’s strong Catholic faith, love of children, and proven leadership were noted by our search committee. Her recommenders praised her for building a strong team of educators and creating a joyful and faith-filled learning community.
Maria will work part-time at Saint Aloysius immediately, and upon her departure from Happiness Preschool on June 30, 2026, will assume the director position here full-time. Starting next week, she will reach out to all the families who have expressed an interest in St. Aloysius Preschool and will manage the admission process. Maria can be reached at [email protected].
