The St. Aloysius New Canaan Group meets on Mondays (temporarily on Zoom only)
from 10 to 11:30 AM. This Group is reading, praying and discussing the Book of
Genesis. Chapters 43 through 50: The Story of Joseph and his brothers in Egypt.

The Bible Study is led by Maryann Knag, MAT MAR, who has been leading Bible
Studies in the Diocese of Bridgeport for 18 years. Maryann is a trained Catholic Bible
scholar who teaches under the Magisterium. She is a former high school educator and
a 2004 graduate of Yale Divinity School with a degree in Bible, Hebrew and Greek.
There is no fee and you do not need to purchase a study guide. Maryann creates all
her own lesson plans, handouts, maps, and materials. All you need is a Bible. All are
welcome, Bible beginners to Bible scholars! We meet weekly from mid-September to
mid-May. Sessions are recorded, so it is easy to catch up if you miss sessions.
